Case overview
ProMenu.cz replaces the paper restaurant menu with a digital one guests actually want to look at. A restaurant or café can publish a premium menu in about three minutes, in more than twenty languages, with all fourteen EU allergens labeled automatically.

The Brief
Digital menus are usually built as a compliance tool and end up looking like one. ProMenu had to feel like hospitality — fast on a phone at the table, confident enough to sit inside a well-designed restaurant, and simple enough that an owner with no technical background could launch it between services.
- Launch a full menu in minutes, not days
- Handle all 14 EU allergens without manual work
- Look at home in a premium restaurant

Our Approach
We treated the menu as part of the dining experience rather than a document to be complied with.
AI-assisted import
An existing menu — a PDF, a photo, a document — is read and structured automatically. What used to be an afternoon of data entry became a few minutes of review.
Allergens handled automatically
All fourteen EU allergens are detected and labeled as the menu is built, so compliance becomes a by-product of publishing rather than a separate task.
Twenty languages, one layout
Translations are generated and typeset without the owner writing a line, and without longer languages breaking the design.
Dark, fast, made for the table
The interface is built for a phone held in one hand in low restaurant light — high contrast, large targets, and no waiting.

The Results
The platform is now in daily use by restaurants and cafés across the Czech Republic.
