Monetra.cz is a modular business platform for small companies and growing teams across Central Europe. Finance handles invoicing and expenses, AI covers automated customer support, and Fix manages facilities and maintenance. Each module works on its own or alongside the others, so a business adopts only what it needs and adds the rest later.

The Brief
Finance software usually asks the user to learn it first. Monetra needed the opposite: an interface a small-business owner could open on a Monday morning and understand without training — while still handling multi-currency invoicing, expense tracking, receipt scanning and a clean export for the accountant.

Numbers first, features second
The opening screen answers the only questions that matter on a Monday morning — invoiced this month, paid, unpaid, expenses. Everything else is one step away rather than competing for attention.
Modular by design
Finance, AI and Fix are separate modules sharing one visual language. A business can start with invoicing alone and add the others later without relearning the interface.
Multi-currency, multi-language
A studio in Prague billing clients in Germany and Turkey sees one coherent picture rather than three. Seventeen languages are supported without the layout breaking.
Built for the accountant too
Receipt scanning, QR Platba payments and a complete ZIP export turn the monthly handover to the accountant into a single click.
